Planning Secured for Montague Street

We are pleased to confirm that planning consent has been granted for our project at Montague Street, Bristol — a Grade II listed former printworks that will be converted into thirty-one private apartments.

The scheme, designed by Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios, will deliver a mix of one, two and three-bedroom homes across five floors, with a new publicly accessible courtyard at ground level connecting Montague Street to the lane behind. The original facade, roof structure and central atrium are all retained in full.

It has taken eighteen months to get here. The planning process was, as it always is with listed buildings of this quality, demanding — but the outcome is a consent we are genuinely proud of. The scheme that has been approved is the scheme we wanted to build from the start, which is not always how these things go.

Construction is expected to begin in Q3 2026. Sales launch to follow shortly.
