Stratum Appoints Development Director

We are delighted to announce that James Calloway joins Stratum as Development Director from 1st May.

James brings fifteen years of residential development experience, most recently as a senior director at Almacantar where he led the delivery of several of London's most complex mixed-use schemes. Before that he spent six years at Native Land. He has a particular expertise in listed building delivery and planning in sensitive conservation environments — which makes him, frankly, exactly the person we need as The Bath House moves into its most intensive delivery phase.

He joins a team of eleven and will lead day-to-day delivery across the live portfolio while working closely with Clara and Rohan on new acquisitions.

We have been looking for the right person for this role for some time. We found him.
